SHIPPING POLICY

Packages are typically shipped within 3 days. The Studio does not ship on weekends or holidays. Please contact the studio via email  amytuckerstudio@gmail.com If you require special shipping to inquire about personalized arrangements.

High volume of orders may delayed shipments by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping of your order you will be contacted via email.  

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Flat rate of $8 for domestic shipping to the US

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Amy Tucker Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

DAMAGES

Amy Tucker Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time Amy Tucker Studio does not ship internationally. Please contact amytuckerstudio@gmail.com if you have a special request. Additionally, please check back in the future as regions are added to the store.
